Information About OWL OWL www.owl.co.uk is a secure website for police and Neighbourhood Watch, School Watch, Business Watch and many other watch schemes. OWL provides the latest messages and crime alerts. It provides a tool for members to communicate on a secure level. When you join Neighbourhood Watch, you will be given a PIN, use this to log on, add, edit or delete your details. You can join online, no personal information is required other than contact details and these are not accessible to any unauthorised individuals. You may also join here.
